Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you experience any tracking issues, please contact us at sales@mollybracken.com.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary ground shipping on orders over $100 within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).

Estimated Transit Times (after processing):

  • Ground (5–10 business days): Free on orders over $100
  • Expedited (2–4 business days): $20
  • Overnight (1–2 business days): $30

Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.


International Shipping (Canada)

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or tariffs upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

  • Free shipping on orders over $300
  • Standard shipping (5–14 business days): $40

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mollybracken.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipping.
